The free issue tracking web application
improve! is a bug report and change request data base. Users, customers, developers, testers, and project managers can record tasks for specific projects. The managers then assign these tasks to developers. After the developers have completed these tasks, the managers can test and close them.
Customers, developers, and managers can monitor the progress of the reports/requests.

improve! is a web application. After the installation, it can be accessed
by any host that is connected to the server.
It requires a JSP container (like Tomcat) and a MySQL database on the server, as well as any web browser on the client.
